About Tellusvägen
Tellusvägen is a group home within LSS located in Älta/Nacka. The unit is a villa with 6 apartments and common areas. Each apartment has its own patio. It is close to Älta center as well as walking areas and swimming.

About the role
In the role of resident support worker, you are based on the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on an educational approach. Together with other employees, you work with the goal of making the day meaningful and eventful. You support and guide with, among other things, personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for active and meaningful leisure. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends and sleeping on call.

You have a group leader or group manager close to you who works part of their time in the business. It could also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge
You who are applying have upper secondary education in healthcare or other equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills and experience with documentation. You have experience of working with the target group and with Autism. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues and always have the best interests of our users as a starting point in everything you do.
