• Dementia certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and treatment via the Dementia Academy .
• Need-based wish schedule: We apply a need-based wish schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and wishes. We set schedules for 10 weeks at a time.
• Ung Omsorg: We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg . This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 years visit us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg does various activities together with us who work here, to add a golden edge to life for the residents.
• Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the business. It can also be a career opportunity for you as a nurse.
• Animals in care: Here we work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals.

Your experience and knowledge
- are attracted by work that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and nursing

You are educated [x] and we would like you to have a few years of experience in elderly care. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement.
