About the role
In the role of resident support worker, you are based on the residents' individual needs and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with your colleagues, you work to make the day meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with, among other things, personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, contact with relatives and communication.
