Role: As a group leader, you work in the operation where the majority of the work is carried out in nursing work, where the group leader has a supervisory responsibility that aims to support
employees to give users/clients the conditions to achieve their
overall goals. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling/staffing, updating risk assessments, deviations and documentation. You lead the daily work by introducing, coaching and including. Furthermore, you ensure good quality in the operation and work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework with the aim of providing the best possible support and conditions for care recipients.

Group leaders are responsible for working and leading in accordance with applicable laws and agreements through, Our World, Service Processes, the Framework for Pedagogy and current steering documents.
Be part of the operation's management team and participate in implementing, driving,
developing, communicating and implementing the operation's strategies,
goals and action plans .
Ensure and follow up that budgeted results are achieved through
effective staffing and cost control.
Of course, you also contribute to a good working climate and good relationships with the business's customers and relatives. This is done by being present and supporting, answering questions, leading, giving feedback and confirming your employees in everyday life. You report to the business manager and are part of the business's management team. The position is 100% where you will share your service between two similar businesses. You work on a rolling schedule with weekend and evening shifts.

Your experience and knowledge
You have experience with the target group, speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. You must have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-affective treatment as well as work management. You have a university degree with a focus on pedagogy, social work or care and welfare.
