About Krusmyntan

Krusmyntan's retirement home is centrally located in Tyresö in a quiet area surrounded by its own garden with a walking trail. Each department has a shared kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals. The furnishings give a homely feel and the color scheme and interior are made according to the knowledge and research available regarding the living environment for elderly care. There is a balcony, patio, and garden for outdoor living.

We are a Silvia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and treatment through Silviahemmet.
We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 years visit us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg does various activities to add a touch of charm to the lives of our residents.
You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the business. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a registered nurse.
Here we work with animals in healthcare and have visits from therapy dogs.

As a nurse, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about nursing, aging and how to treat people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team of nurse, occupational therapist and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We see that you are a trained nurse and have preferably worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
